Hello, I'm Käthi. I had a serious traffic accident five years ago and I've been in diapers day and night ever since because I have a severe incontinence.

At first, it was very, very unpleasant and very embarrassing.

I thought you were so young, you're only 20 and you'll never find a friend again.

You must wear it day and night. I was so embarrassed. I felt as bad as I did in the nursing home.

But the times I had to wear those diapers are over. By now I've really enjoyed it.
